We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable.
We suggest to inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in package, please contact us immediately, so we can correct any problems.
Return/Exchange Guidelines
To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines as below:
1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service.
2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.
3 : All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the panty protective strip intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
4 : Please return through your local post office to avoid tax and include your filled-out return/exchange authorization form in your return package. Any lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
5 : Once we have received the returned package, we will send email notification and arrange an exchange or a refund within 7 business days.

This is a great sweater! It's thick, loose and fits like it looks in the picture! Now I love the size , I bought a large, but others may say it runs a little big. If you can wear between 2 sizes, such as a M and L, you may want a large. If you're looking for oversized, go with the L. The tan is a little bit is a different color, almost more like a gold, but I'm happy with it! I think the price is great for the quality!

I was pleasantly surprised by this sweater. Everything I've purchased on facebook lately has been junk, but this sweater is actually really nice. Perfect oversized fit, thick and warm, color ispretty, and the neck isn't tight. I purchased a size small, for reference I'm 5'5 104lbs 34C.

Absolutely worth it. Loved this. Try to size. I got a medium and it’s just the right amount of baggy. I’d consider this a crop sweater. Love it. Worth the buy. Five stars.

I really love this turtleneck! I always buy S and this attractively hugs the body without feeling tight. This one stays snug on the body without loosening up as the day wears on. The neck is not tight to the skin, which works great for me, because I like a comfortable gap between the fabric and my skin on the neck. My philosophy is that I can always get a tighter fit by adding a scarf. The fabric is thick and this is a very warm turtleneck. Because of the fabric thickness, I do have to run it through the dryer for an additional 40 minutes after it runs through for 60 minutes with the rest of the clothes.

I love this turtleneck. It contours the body in a flattering way, but is stretchy enough to provide a lot of give without feeling constraining. The texture is soft, not scratchy. I am pretty short (5 ft.) and I bought a small. I liked the proportions of the sweater and it hit at a good point on my hips (just a little lower than on the model). The sleeves are longer on me . However, I tend to like my sleeves a little onthe longer side. If you don't want to wear the sleeves long, the sweater construction allows you to fold up the bottom part of the sleeve and look like a natural part of the design. Aside from the sleeve length, the sweater mostly fits like it does on the model in the picture.
The fabric has more heft to it than many ribbed turtlenecks. This is not a lightweight turtleneck. It's kind of like a cross between a stretchy turtleneck and a heavier sweater, but it's super comfortable while looking super classic.
